StuntKit

Alternative Out-of-Home (AOOH) · Human-layer media

Ditch the booth.
Take over the floor.

A 10×10 booth costs $50,000 and gets you bored staffers scanning badges. StuntKit sells the other inventory in the room — the jackets, the laptops, the cars, the people — in spots you can buy for the price of a demo lunch.

The inventory

If it has a flat plane and an audience, it is media.

Six surface classes, one standard spot grid, one set of production specs. That is the whole product.

Apparel

Jackets, dresses, race kit, hoodies, suits.

Devices

Laptop lids, phone cases, camera rigs, mic flags.

Vehicles

Cars, vans, bikes, scooters, delivery fleets.

Body

Temporary tattoos, race numbers, face decals.

Spaces

Booths, co-working walls, popup corners, venues.

Stage & stream

Backdrops, stream overlays, panel podiums.

It already works

This is not a thought experiment.

Individual founders ran these stunts by hand and cleared five figures. StuntKit is the version that runs every week, for anyone, with escrow and proof attached.

Body auction, endurance race

$24,000 raised

Ten muscle spots sold as temporary tattoos with a 2× takeover rule. One AI startup paid $15,000 for a single placement.

$2,400 avg / spot

Dress takeover, crypto summit

13 spots, sold out

Thirteen placements across one custom dress worn through three conference days — a few hundred dollars against $25k–$50k booth pricing.

~40× cheaper than a booth

Laptop lid grid

31 squares, 71% sold

A standing grid on one creator's device. Ambient, recurring, and re-sellable every quarter without a new stunt.

90-day recurring inventory

Open right now

Live surfaces taking bids.

Real rooms, real carriers, real deadlines. Bidding closes 9 days before the date, because the winner's logo has to be printed and fitted before the carrier walks in.

The Pipeline

How it actually works.

No DMs, no invoices, no flakey brands. A clean pipeline from listing to payout.

01

Verify & List

Show us your event ticket. We verify it and build your 3D figure. You pick the spots on your jacket/laptop, set the floor price, and open the board.

02

Brands Bid

Brands browse the 3D studio and bid on your spots. The money is securely held in escrow. Highest bidder when the clock stops wins.

03

Wear & Get Paid

We send you the high-quality prints. You stick them on, walk the floor, and upload a proof photo. 48 hours later, escrow releases the payout to you.

FAQ

Common questions.

Before you place your first bid, here is exactly how StuntKit protects both the brand and the creator.

What if the creator doesn't show up to the event?

Your bid is held securely in escrow. If the creator fails to upload proof from the event floor, or if they don't show up, the funds are automatically returned to your original payment method. No risk.

How do I know the stats are real?

We pull attendance numbers directly from the official event organizers. We don't inflate impressions or invent metrics. You're buying the room's attention, not a guaranteed click-through rate.

What if I get outbid at the last second?

If another brand places a higher bid before the deadline, your funds are immediately released back to you in the exact same transaction. You never pay for a slot you didn't win.

Can I just buy the spot outright instead of bidding?

The starting bid acts as the floor price. If you want to guarantee you win, you can place a preemptively high bid. The creator ultimately walks the floor with the highest bidder's brand when the auction clock stops.

How the money will work

Nobody is trusted on a handshake.

This only works if a brand can pay a stranger to wear their logo and both sides sleep fine. So the money sits still until there is proof. No payment provider is wired yet: a bid is a recorded commitment against the slot, not a charged card. Payments go live with the first booked round.

  1. 01

    A brand bids

The amount is committed against that one slot and written to the ledger. It has not reached the carrier, and it has not left the brand either.

    Committed

  2. 02

    Bidding closes

9 days before the date, because the logo has to be printed and fitted by then. Whoever leads the slot has won it; everyone else was returned in full the moment they were outbid.

    Still committed

  3. 03

    Printed, fitted, worn

Artwork goes to production. The carrier — who has seen exactly which brand, which placement, which day, and can still say no — wears it in the room they were verified for.

    Still committed

  4. 04

    Proof, then capture

A photo of the logo on the person, in the room, filed against the slot. The brand has 7 days to say something is wrong. Nothing moves until that has passed.

    Captured 75 / 25

And when it goes wrong.

The first two happen on their own, in the same instant as the event that triggers them. The rest take one line of text from you and a person at this end — but the answer is never a part of your money.

  • Outbid

All of it back, the same second — in the same transaction that records the new leader. There is never a moment where two brands are both committed to one slot.

  • Carrier pulls the board

Every standing bid returned in full the moment the board comes down. No cancellation fee, either side.

  • No-show, or never worn

The whole amount back. Nothing is ever captured against a slot that was not worn and proven.

  • Placement wrong

Re-do at our cost, or the whole amount back. Your call, not ours — and there is no partial refund anywhere in this system.
