StuntKit

For brands & growth teams

You are not buying a booth.
You are buying the room.

Every conference sells you ten square metres of carpet and calls it presence. StuntKit sells you the moving inventory — the jackets in the hallway, the laptop lids in every photo, the people your buyers actually talk to.

No retainer · No agency fee · Refund on no-show

The arbitrage

10×10 booth, tier-1 tech conference$38,000
5 delegate jackets, same three days$3,500

Same badge-holders. Same hallway. Same three days. The booth just cannot walk into the afterparty.

Claim a spot

Pick your placement. Watch the price.

This is the live grid for one surface. Tap a spot to claim it. Orange spots are already held — you can still take them, at double what the current holder paid, and they get refunded in full.

Your claim

Orange spots already belong to someone. You can still take them — at double what they paid. They get refunded in full.

Pricing

Three tiers. No media kit required.

Same tiers on every surface class, so a jacket panel and a laptop square price the same way. Floor prices vary by room.

Mini

$350

4 × 4 cm · per window

Logo mark only. Good for a first test.

Core

$700

8 × 5 cm · per window

Logo + wordmark, chest or sleeve line.

Mega

$1,200

18 × 12 cm · per window

Centre-back takeover. One per surface.

The 2× takeover rule

Every spot stays contestable until its window closes. A competitor takes your placement only by paying double what you paid — and the moment they do, you are refunded in full, automatically. Buy early and you either hold the cheapest spot in the room or you get paid to leave it.

How a campaign runs

Nine days from claim to floor.

You do two things: pick spots and send an SVG. We do the rest and file the evidence.

  1. 01

    Pick the room

Choose an event, a creator squad, or a rolling surface. Filter by audience, city, and date — not by booth number.

  2. 02

    Claim your spots

Fixed tier pricing with a 2× takeover rule. Someone wants your spot, they pay double and you get refunded the difference.

  3. 03

    We produce the gear

Upload an SVG. We print, cut, ship and fit — jackets, decals, wraps, transfers — and brief the carrier on the talking points.

  4. 04

    Get the receipts

NFC and short-link scans, timestamped photo proof, reach reporting. Escrow releases only after proof lands.

Questions procurement will ask

The honest answers.

How is this different from an influencer post?

A post disappears in a scroll. A surface stays in the room for the whole event and shows up in everyone else's photos, recaps and press shots. You are buying physical presence plus the social layer on top, not a single impression spike.

What does the 2× takeover rule mean?

Every claimed spot stays contestable until the window closes. A competitor can take your spot by paying double what you paid — and you are refunded in full, automatically. It keeps pricing honest and gives early buyers the cheapest entry.

What proof do I actually get?

Timestamped photo and video of the placement in context, NFC tap and short-link scan counts, and reach across the carrier's posts. Funds sit in escrow until that evidence is filed.

What if the carrier no-shows?

Full refund, automatically, plus priority placement on the next comparable surface. Carriers who no-show lose verification.

Spend a booth budget on forty people instead.

Tell us the event and the budget. We come back with the surfaces available in that room within a day.
