What is wrong

I believe in good faith that what I have described is not authorised, the information I have given is accurate, and I understand StuntKit will pass this report — including my name and what I have said — to whoever uploaded the material, so they can answer it.

This route is described in the country riders to the Creator Terms. Nothing here waives any right you have to take the matter elsewhere, and using it does not stop you going to court.
